Black Empire (BE) is a 100 percent black youth owned company and was registered specifically to deal with building and Civil Engineering projects as a division, however due to the changing built environment and the growing needs of our Clients; it became necessary to broaden the services that could be provided by BE, so as to offer multi-dis­ciplinary civil engineering and other construction support services under one banner.
